All prospective clients are invited to come to my office for a free initial consultation about their tax, financial planning and accounting needs.
We take a look at your financial landscape, review your prior year tax returns and records and discuss your needs as well as opportunities for strategies and planning.
During the initial consultation I will offer advice, comments and information pertinent to your needs and situation.
I will then provide you with a fixed price quote to be your accountant on an annual basis. This will include all services including preparation of tax returns, accounting system advice and training, meetings, analysis, correspondence, telephone calls, etc. as necessary.
Annual prices start at $500 for individuals and $1,000 for businesses.

Service Guarantee:
My work is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of you, the customer. If you are not completely satisfied with the services performed, I will, at your option, either refund the price, or accept a portion of the price that reflects your level of satisfaction.
Annual Consultation Service:
Unlimited meetings and telephone support to discuss any tax strategies or planning or any other matter at your discretion. (While the fixed price entitles you to unlimited consultation, if your question or issue requires extensive additional research or analysis that work may be subject to an additional price negotiation).
Audit Representation:
If you are ever audited, or required to correspond with the IRS or other taxing agency, I will assist you in preparing any documents or correspondence required. I will also accompany you to any and all audit conferences or meetings.
